摘 要:介绍了超声波扩孔体积测量的基本原理,利用超声波在空气中发射和接收回波的时间差来测距,通过旋转或者纵向移动步进电机,逐步测量扩孔体积和形状;阐述了超声波扩孔测量仪的硬件系统和软件设计,并给出一个例子:在弱风化石灰岩上钻取若干个Ф12 mm×750 mm的炮孔,把铁棍测量器与超声波测量仪测量的参数对照,得出结论:超声波扩孔测量仪的实际测量误差接近超声波扩孔测量仪所要求的误差±5mm。Principle of the instrument of ultrasonic distance measurement on expanding holes is introduced, the distance from origin to target is calculated by using the time difference of ultrasonic transmitting to target and reflecting back. According to rotating or moving stepper motor vertically, the cuhage of expanding hole can be gained step and step. The designs of hardware and software of the instrument of ultrasonic distance measurement on expanding holes are presented. And an example is given:some blastholes of Φ12 mm × 750 mm are drilled on the light weathering limestone, parameters between the implement of iron stick and the instrument of ultrasonic distance measurement on expanding holes are compared. In conclusion, the actual measuring error of the instrument of ultrasonic distance measurement is close to the requested measuring error ±5 mm of one.
