摘　　要：设计制造了滤芯超声清洗机,分析了滤芯超声清洗槽中声场的分布,提出了检验滤芯超声清洗效果的方法。试验表明滤芯超声清洗机超声清洗滤芯效果显著。In order to effectively clean the jam-invalidation filter element,an ultrasonic cleaning machine was designed and manufactured. And the ultrasonic field in the vessel was analyzed. Furthermore, the method for testing the effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaning was brought forward. Finally, based on the experimental results,good effectiveness of the ultrasonic cleaning for the filter element is proved.
