摘  要:试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法测定了京海鸡、虎皮鹦鹉和扬州鹅三个不同禽类群体的酯酶(Es)多态性。结果显示,这三个群体的Es具有一定的差异:京海鸡有Es-3、Es-2和Es-1三个着色区,Es-1位点由基因Es-1A、Es-1B和Es-1O控制(Es-1B频率为0.6328),有AA、AB、BB和O四种表现型(BB频率为0.5000);鹦鹉只有Es-3、Es-1区,Es-1位点由Es-1A、Es-1B和Es-1C基因控制,Es-1A频率高达0.8238,有AA、AB、AC、BB、BC和CC六种表现型,以AA频率最高(0.7714);扬州鹅未见Es-3和Es-2区,Es-1区较复杂,共出现7个条带,其中1条带出现于部分个体,2~4条带出现于所有个体,5~7带为弱信号带,具有个体间的差异。The characteristics of Esterase (Es) about three bird species (Jinghai Chicken,Budgerigar and Yangzhou Goose)were analyzed by PAGE, The results showed that the Es in these birds had some diversities. The Jinghai chicken had Es-3,Es-2 and Es-1 regions,and the Es-1 loci was controlled by Es-1^A,Es-1^B and Es-1^C(frequency of Es-1^B is up to 0.6328),and the group have AA,AB,BB and O genotypes(frequency of BB is 0.5000).The Budgerigar group only had Es-3 and Es-1 regions,the Es-1 loci was controlled by Es-1^A,Es-1^B and Es-1^c (the frequency of Es-1^A is 0.8238), and had six genotypes (AA,AB,AC,BB,BC and CC).Among them,AA genotype owned the largest proportion (0.7714).The regions of Es-3 and Es-2 are not viewed in Yangzhou Goose,and the Es-1 loci region is much more complicated, appearing seven bands. Among them,1 band only shows in some geese,2,3,4 bands are seen in all individuals,and 5-7 are weaker,showed polymorphism in this group.
