摘　　要：用黔油12号杂交种及亲本进行RAPD分析,结果表明:1.用87个引物进行PCR扩增,扩增出496条产物,其父母本及杂交种中共同具有的453条,均分布于100 bp^3 000 bp之间。2.多态性、重复性均较好的21条引物能用于鉴定黔油12号亲本及杂交种,其中Opk-03为最理想的引物。RAPD analysis was carried out using Qianyou No.12 and its parents. The results showed. （i） 87 random primers produced 496 marRed sites by the PCR anplification. They distributed from 100-3 000 base pairs（bp）, including common 453 bands in the hybrid and parents. （ii）21 primer with a better polymorphism and reproducibility coule be used to identify Qianyou No.12 and its parents. In all primers, OPK-03 was the besf or this trial.
