摘 要:目的探讨声振刺激后胎儿生物物理相(BPS)超声评分判断高危妊娠围生儿预后的价值。方法声振刺激后对208例高危妊娠孕妇进行BPS超声评分。结果声振刺激后胎儿BPS超声评分≤5分组中胎儿羊水污染率、1m in A pgar评分≤7分发生率、围生儿死亡率均明显高于BPS超声评分≥6分组(P<0.05),声振刺激后胎儿BPS超声评分预测胎儿结局异常阳性值、阴性值、特异度、敏感度分别为93.94%、78.68%、98.57%、65.58%。结论声振刺激后BPS超声评分早期判断胎儿宫内缺氧状态具有准确、省时、简便、敏感性和特异性高等优点,可为临床及时纠正胎儿宫内缺氧提供可靠依据。Objective: To predict high-risk pregnancy (HRP)with ultrasonic score of BPS who were underwent sound stimulus. Methods: 208 HRP who underwent sound stimulus were observed by using ultrasonic-score of BPS. Results: The pollution of amnionic fluid, the incidence of Apgar≤7 after 1 minute and the perinatal mortality rate in the group of BPS≤5 were significantly higher than that in the group of BPS≥6(P〈0.05). To predict dysplasia with ultrasonic score of BPS,the positive predictive value, negative predictive value, specificity and sensitivity were 93.94%,78.68%,98.57%,65.58% respectively. Conclusion: There are many advantages such as higher specificity and sensitivity to diagnosis fetal hypoxia by using ultrasonic-score of BPS. It provides a reliable way to find fetal hypoxia in early stage.
