摘  要:通过对天桥水电站泄洪洞工作闸门启闭力和门后压力随闸门启闭过程变化的原型观测[1],分析了该闸门曾多次出现的启门力严重超载、拉杆和钢丝绳断裂、闸门落不到位等问题,发现影响闸门启闭的主要原因为:泥沙淤积、闸门定轮摩擦阻力增大,以及闸门上止水与门楣结构不合理导致通气量不足等,为改善多沙河流上泄洪建筑物工作闸门的启闭提供了理论依据。而后,提出了可以作为天桥水电站和相关工程设计改造参考的工作闸门启闭设计和运行管理的改进措施和建议。Based on the prototype observation on the lifting power and the variation of the pressure behind the gate during the lifting and dropping of the working gate for the spillway tunnel of Tianqiao Hydropower Station, the problems ever occurred such as serious overload of the lifting power, breaking of the lifting tie bar and rope, lifting and impossibly dropping onto the position etc. are analyzed, and then finds that the main causes effecting the normal lifting of the gate are heavy siltation, increase of the frictional resistance on the fixed roller of the gate and the insufficient aeration caused by the unreasonable structures for both the water seal and the lintel of the gate; which provide the theoretical basis to the improvement of the lifting operation for the working gate of the spillway works on the heavy sediment-laden rivers, Furthermore, the reference improvement measures and suggestions to the design and the operation control of the related gates for both Tianqiao Hydropower Project and the relevant project are put forward as well.
