摘  要:由于设计、施工安装和运行操作等方面的缺陷和失误,意外地发生管路系统水锤事故的例子已经屡见不鲜。文中对水泵扬水的压力输水系统中设置气压式调压室和缓闭止回阀,建立了试验模型和相应的数学模型;进行了理论分析研究、数值模拟和试验研究;通过试验,验证了数值模拟的数学模型和计算程序,指出了缓闭止回阀使用的范围,为复杂管路系统流体过渡过程分析及研究提供了合理的试验和计算分析方法,为电站和泵站的优化设计提供了可靠的理论依据,对提高压力水系统的运行安全及降低工程成本具有现实意义。The failure accidentally caused by water hammer in pipeline system often occurs due to the defects or errors in the aspects of design, construction and operation. The experimental model and its corresponding mathematic model for the arrangement of both the air cushion surge tank and the slow closure back pressure valve in the pressure water delivery system of water pumping are established herein, and then the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and the experimental study are made. From the experiment, the numerically simulated mathematic model and the computation program are examined. The study gives the working area of the valve and provides the reasonable analytical methods for the experiment and the computation to the analysis and study on the transient process of the fluid in a complicated pipeline system, which makes a reliable theoretical basis for the optimal design of hydropower station and pumping station and has a realistic significance to improve the safe operation of the pressure water system and to lower the cost of the project concerned.
