摘 要:以D-山梨糖醇和3,4-二甲基苯甲醛为原料,在固体酸催化剂下进行醇醛缩合反应,合成了二(3,4-二甲基二苄叉)山梨糖醇(DMDBS),并对影响产品熔点和收率的因素进行了考察.介绍了DMDBS的合成路线和作用机理以及最优化条件;在3,4-二甲基苯甲醛和D-山梨糖醇投料摩尔比为2.0~2.1:1,催化剂、反应用溶剂用量分别为反应基础物的4.0%、580%(质量分数),促进剂的用量以维持体系反应温度恒定为基准,反应时间6小时下,DMDBS的产品收率大于70%,熔点高于250℃,并用红外光谱仪对其结构进行了分析测试.Using solid acid as the catalyst, DMDBS——the nucleation agent for polypropylene synthesis was prepared by the aldol reaction of D-sorbitol with 3,4-Dimethyl benzaldehyde. The influence factors on the yields and melting Foints of DMDBS prepared were investigated, they are the aldehyde/sorbitol(B/S) molar ratios in feeding, kinds of accelerator and solvent, the amount of catalyst and the stirring speed. The synthetic route and reaction mechanism of DMDBS were also introduced and the optimal conditions of synthesis were achieved. Under following conditions: feeding aldehyde/sorbitol(B/S) molar ratios 2.0~2.1:1, the weight percent of catalyst and solvent 4.0% and 580% the reaction basic meterial respectively, the amount of accelerator used equal to the amount sufficient to keep the reaction temperature invariable, reaction duration 6 hours and reaction temperature 72℃, the overall yield of DMDBS can be over 70% and the melting point can also be over 250℃.
