摘　　要：本文利用中国学术期刊CNKI数据为检索系统,从年度、期刊、著者、主题四个方面对我国2000～2004年以来虚拟咨询、数字咨询一类的论文进行计量分析,并作了客观分析.Utilizing database index system of Chinese academic periodical CNKI, this article made investigation, statistic and comments on papers for virtual reference, digital reference and online reference from 2000 to 2004 in the aspects such as annual, periodical, author and theme.
