摘　　要：生产任务要完成,管理要上水平,企业工会必须扎扎实实做好思想政治工作,特别是在改革不断深化,新问题不断出现的情况下,解疑释惑,理顺情绪,才能做好职工的思想政治工作,使职工队伍的凝聚力和向心力得到加强。The trade unions in enterprises do ideological and political work in a down-to-earth manner in order to fulfill production task and have a high-level management. Especially in a situation of deepening reform and more new problems, trade unions need to answer questions and explain mistrusts, straighten out emotions in order to constantly promote ideological and political work of trade unions in enterprises, increase the influence and rallying force of the workers＇ ranks.
