摘　　要：本文叙述了使用四孔氧枪易产生前期喷溅的现象及其原因,根据实践经验认为:通过减少矿石量;分批加入矿石及采用与萤石、石灰加入相配合,适当地扩大枪位波动范围等措施-可取得减少前期喷溅,稳定炼钢操作的效果。This paper states the phenomenon of metal splashing and produced reason by use of 4 holes oxygen lance in the begainning of converter production. Through some improving measures, such as decreasing ore quantity, adding ore into furance in batches, matching addition of lime and fluorite and extending propre moving range of oxygen lance, etc, the phenomenon of metal Splashing in the begainning of converter production can be decreased and the effect of stable steelmaking operation can be achieved.
