摘  要:高功率密度异步电机体积小、转速高,但发热严重。文中采用对比分析的方法研究高功率密度异步电机的绕组,从发热和工艺角度定性分析并分别设计了双层短矩绕组和单层链式绕组。利用E lectron icsW orkbench电路仿真软件计算分了两种绕组下电机的杂散损耗和定子铜耗。计算和试验结果表明,单层链式绕组发热较小。High power density asynchronous motor has a high power,small bulk,high speed and bad fever. This paper compares and analysis single- layer chain winding with double- layer short winding based on the characteristic of high power censity asynchronous motor. Both the double-layer short winding and the single- layer chain winding are analyzed considering the fever and the technological chain ,and these two kinds of windings are designed for the motor too. The stray loss and the stator copper olss of the motor are quantitatively computed by using the circuit simulation tool Electronics Workbench. The result shows that single-layer chain sinding gets a fewer fever,and it can be used in the high power density asynchronous motor.
