摘　　要：在很大程度上,创新保护是一个比创新本身更为重要的问题。基于国外学者的研究工作,考虑了中国创新知识产权保护的法规,指出创新保护机制的重要性,分析了我国各种创新保护机制的特点,并识别了其各自的优势和劣势。To a larger extent, innovation protection is more important than innovation generation. This article, based on foreign scholars＇ studies, takes consideration of China＇s intellectual property right law and regulations, points out the importance of innovation protection mechanisms. It also analyses the main features of innovation protection mechanisms in China and identifies their advantages and disadvantages.The novel contribution of this article is to provide guidelines on Chinese firms for their decisions on which kind of innovation protection mechanisms should be used.
