摘　　要：介绍了旅游与电子商务相结合的可能性以及电子商务对旅游业发展的促进作用;通过对传统的、层级型旅游产业链的特点及问题的分析,提出了互联网环境下的旅游产业链及其变革。The paper firstly introduces the feasibility of the travel industry combine with the e-business of tourism and. Then through the characteristic and the questions researched about the legacy and hiberarchy of travel industry chain, this paper concludes that travel industry chain should be re-organized and brings forth the the travel industry chain under the Net.
