摘　　要：对应用热电偶测温进行了较详细的分析；设计了由８０９８单片机、ＡＤ５９０传感器及Ｓ型热电偶等组成的高温盐浴炉测温系统，介绍了Ｓ型热电偶温度－热电势非线性误差的校正以及系统的抗干扰措施。本系统在１６００℃范围内测温误差小于３℃。On the basis of in depth analysis of temperature detection with thermocouple, a detection system for a high temperature salt bath stove is designed with 8098 single chip microcomputer, AD590 sensors and Type S thermocouple. In this paper, the alignment of non linear error of temperature heat potential of Type S thermocouple and system anti noise measures are introduced. The system temperature error is less than 3 degree C within the range of 1600 degree C, and the detection accuracy can be improved further.
