摘  要:建立了磁力金属带传动横向振动的力学模型和运动微分方程,导出了横向振动的固有频率,分析了传动系统对外界激励的响应,探讨了初张力、磁感应强度和中心距等因素对固有频率的影响.研究结果对改善磁力金属带传动的动态特性,防止系统发生共振有一定的指导意义,并可为磁力金属带传动的设计提供理论依据.图4,参9.Metal belt drive with magnet (MBDM) was a new friction transmission, which is proposed on the basis of theories of friction drive and electromagnetism. The transverse vibration equation of MBDM was established and the natural frequency of transverse vibration was obtained. Influencing factors to the natural frequency were analyzed such as initial tension, magnetic induction density and center distance. It is significance that research consequences to improve metal belt drive with magnetic force dynamic character and to prevent generating sympathetic vibration of system. 4figs. , 9refs.
