摘  要:对硝酸盐中硝态氮含量进行测定,发现硝酸根与尿素之间在硫酸存在下会发生一系列的反应,利用这些反应间的定量关系,可外加一定量的尿素,通过甲醛法测定酰氨态氮含量,根据酰氨态氮损失量可以求得硝酸根含量,从反应温度、时间等方面进行试验,证明了该方法的可行性。A study on the determination of nitrate was reported in this paper. Analytical method was based on a series of reaction and quantitative relationship between nitrate and urea. A difinite amount of urea was added in the sample to take part in the reaction. Conditions of reaction temperature and reaction time were experimentally optimized. Nitrate was finally determined by titration with slandardized NaOH solution and calculated from the losses of amide nitrogen.
