摘 要:比较了膜生物反应器(MBR)和传统活性污泥工艺(CAS)在相同运行条件下处理生活污水的抗冲击性能.结果表明:MBR系统出水、上清液以及CAS出水COD浓度均随进水COD容积负荷增加而线性递增,但递增的速率前者仅分别为后两者的42.1%和37.1%;MBR的COD容积负荷是CAS的3倍;进水NH3-N容积负荷、温度和pH值冲击对MBR出水水质影响不大,但低温会加速膜污染进程.MBR抗污染物负荷、pH值、温度的冲击能力显著优于CAS工艺.Impact of shock loading on membrane bioreactor (MBR) and conventional activated sludge(CAS) are compared under the same operation conditions. Results show that MBR effluent, supernatant and CAS effluent COD are ascended with the increase of inflow COD volume loading, but the ascending rate of the former one is only 42. 1% and 37. 1% of that of the latter two respectively. The COD volume loading of MBR is three times of CAS. Inflow NH3-N volume loading, temperature and pH value have little influence on MBR effluent, however lower temperature would accelerate membrane fouling. MBR has better resistance to pollutant shock loading, pH value and temperature than CAS.
