南虎凝胶剂抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:评价南虎凝胶剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足爪肿胀及Ⅱ型胶原诱导的胶原性关节炎模型(CIA),考察南虎凝胶剂的抗炎作用;热板法及CIA大鼠足压痛法,观察南虎凝胶剂的镇痛作用。结果:南虎凝胶剂外用给药,可明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀度,降低角叉菜胶所致大鼠足爪肿胀,减少CIA大鼠四肢炎症积分;CIA大鼠足压痛和热板反应均显示南虎凝胶剂能明显延长大小鼠痛阈值。结论:南虎凝胶剂对急、慢性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用,对热和炎症刺激引起的疼痛反应有明显的镇痛作用。Objectives：To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Nanhu Gelata. Methods： Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene-induced mouse ear edema,carrageenam-induced rat paw edema and the chronic inflammatory reaction of collagen-induced arthritis （CIA） in rat were performed to study the anti-inflammatory effects. Models of foot tenderness m CIA rats and hot-plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effects.Results ： Nanhu Gelata significandy suppressed xylene -induced mouse ear edema and carrageenan-induced rat paw edema.The limbs arthritic scores in CIA rats were reduced.The pain threshold of CIA rats foot tenderness and hot-plate test mice were remarkably improved by Nanhu Gelata. Conclusions： Nanhu Gelata manifested obviously anti-inflammatory effects on acute and chronic inflammatory reactions. Nanhu Gelata significantly relieved pain reactions induced by heat and inflammation.
