摘　　要：研究了在成败型试验中,历史样本与样本异总体的问题对可靠性评定的影响,分析了使用混合先验分布的合理性,并给出了利用卡方拟合优度确定混合先验分布中继承因子的方法.In this paper, the influence upon reliability evaluation of pass-fail case, which the history sample and the sample are from multivariate population, is investigated. The reasonableness of the mixed priori distribution is analyzed. Using chi-square goodness of fit, a new method to determine the inheritance factor in the mixed priori distribution is presented.
