摘  要:以己烯雌酚(D iethylstilbestrol,DES)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,合成己烯雌酚分子印迹聚合物;以该聚合物为填料制成固相萃取小柱,应用于己烯雌酚残留分析的样品前处理,并比较了该固相萃取小柱与C18固相萃取小柱对DES保留行为的差异。通过选择不同浓度的甲醇水溶液,己烯雌酚达到理想的分离纯化效果;对加标鸡肉样进行了含量测定,回收率可达95%以上。Using diethylstilbestrol (DES) as template molecule, α-methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, and ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA) as crosslinking agent, a polymer was synthesized by moleeular imprinting technique. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were loaded into the solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridge, which was applied to the pretreatment of residues analysis of diethylstilbestrol. Elution conditions of DES on the solid-phase extraction cartridge were optimized. Furthermore, the difference of the retention characteristics of diethylstilbestrol on the C18 and DES-MIPs solid-phase extraction cartridge was compared. The DES-MIPs-SPE had higher selectivity than the C18-SPE. The method has been applied to pretreat spiked samples successfully with the recovery more than 95%.
