摘  要:基于溶胶-凝胶和分子烙印技术,以对-特丁基杯[6]芳烃为功能单体制备了O,O-二甲基-(2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酰基)(3′-硝基苯基)次甲基膦酸酯(φ-NO2)分子烙印电化学传感器,并考察了该化合物在传感器上的电化学行为.该传感器对φ-NO2具有较好的选择性和较高的灵敏度.在优化条件下,发现峰电流和该有机膦酸酯的浓度在1.0×10-8~2.0×10-5 mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);其检出限达1.0×10-9 mol/L.将此传感器用于白菜样品中φ-NO2的测定,结果令人满意.O, O-dimethyl-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxyl) (3 :nitro -phenyl) methinephosphonate (φ-NO2 ) imprinted sensor was prepared by sol-gel method based on p-tert-butylcalix [ 6 ] arene as functional monomer. The electrochemical behavior of φ-NO2 at this sensor was investigated. Experimental parameters for the determination of φ-NO2 were optimized. A linear response over φ-NO2 concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10^-8 - 2. 0 × 10^-5 mol/L was exhibited with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10^-9 mol/L. The results obtained in the determination of φ-NO2 in some cabbage samples were satisfied. The proposal method exhibited good selectivity and reproducibility.
