摘 要:在pH 10.5 NH4Cl-NH3缓冲溶液中,荧光素在510 nm处有一荧光峰.当加入二氧化氯后,荧光峰降低,荧光猝灭强度ΔF510 nm与二氧化氯浓度Ccl存在线性关系,其线性范围为0.067~2.68 mg/L ClO2,回归方程为ΔF510 nm=19.2Ccl+0.2;相关系数为0.9996;检出限(3σ)为0.028 mg/L ClO2.据此建立了一种灵敏、简便、快速、准确、选择性测定痕量二氧化氯含量的荧光分析法.结果表明:Cl2和ClO-2不干扰测定,用于水样分析,结果满意.In pH 10.5 NH4Cl-NH3 buffer solution, there is a sensitive fluorescence peak at 510 nm for fluorescein. When chlorine dioxide is added, the peak decrease sharply. Tne results show that the intensity of fluorescence quenching at 510 nm (△F 510 nm) is linear to the chlorine dioxide concentration Ccl in the range of 0. 067 -2.68 mg/L. The regression equation is △F510nm = 19.2Ccl0 +0.2, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9996. The detection limit (30σ) is 0.028 mg/L ClO2. A new fluorescnece method has been proposed for the determination of ClO2 in water samples, with the advantages of high sensitivity, selectivity, simplicity, rapidity and accuracy.
