摘  要:双弹簧喷油器由于能实现先缓后急的喷油速率,从而改善了柴油机的低速稳定性并降低了噪声。通过液力计算模型,对带双弹簧喷油器喷油系统的喷射特性进行了模拟计算。探讨了双弹簧喷油器主要结构参数对喷射特性的影响规律。结合HYDSIM液力模拟计算软件,总结介绍了带双弹簧喷油器喷油系统进行仿真计算的基本数学模型、假设和求解方法。Two-spring injectors have the effects of realizing “△” from fuel injection rate. It can improve the stability and reduce noise of an engine at low speed. A model of hydraulic calculation was applied to the fuel injection system with two-spring injector for diesel engines in order to simulate the fuel injection characteristics. The effects of some important structural parameters of the two-spring injector on the performances of fuel injection system were discussed. Based on HYDSIM software, the basic calculation mathematic models for the injection system were provided. At the same time, the relative hypotheses and solution methods of the calculations were discussed.
