摘　　要：本文通过对国际外汇衍生品市场的发展特点和趋势的研究,结合我国外汇衍生品的实际发展状况,提出我国进一步发展外汇衍生品市场的设想,并指出外汇衍生品市场发展所需的配套措施及需要注意的问题。Through the study on the characters and trends of international foreign exchange derivatives markets, combined with China' s conditions of foreign exchange derivatives markets, this paper offers the design of China' s further development of these markets and indicates the relative steps and questions needed to be paid attention to.
