摘 要:根据双凸极永磁(Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet,DSPM)电机的静态特性和运行原理,文中提出了一种新的电机控制方式——基于DSP的变PI参数转速调节(外环)与单斩电流滞环调节(内环)相结合的双闭环控制方案。12/8极双凸极永磁电机数字控制系统的研制结果表明,文中设计的控制系统能很好地提高双凸极永磁电机的出力及运行平稳度,并具有结构简单、功率密度高、效率高、动态响应快和可控性好等优点。Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet (DSPM) motor which came forth in 1990s is a novel system of mechanical and electrical integration. Based on the tatic characteristics and operating principles of doubly salient permanent magnet motor,a novel DSPM controller is designed and executed based on DSP.The controller includes two control loops which are a speed loop (variable parameter PI adjustment) and a current loop (single-chop current deltacontrol). Experimental results testify that the design of digital control system given in the paper can improve torque output and stability of DSPM motor.Furthermore,the design has some excellences such as simple construction,high power density, high efficiency, fast dynamic response and easy contol.
