摘　　要：杜84-馆平12井是辽河油田曙一区杜84块部署的一口重点蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)试验井,属典型的三靶水平井、S形7段制(直—增—稳—增—稳—降—稳)三维井身剖面,轨迹控制精度要求高、操作难度系数大、井下安全风险大。介绍了该井井身剖面优化设计、轨迹控制措施、轨迹测量方法、井底参数预测技术、防碰绕障技术、分次定向技术以及定向钻井实践、钻井参数等情况,总结出利用水平井钻井技术,配合井下导向钻井技术进行三靶水平井轨迹控制的一般规律。实践表明,三靶水平井可实现SAGD的地质要求,对同类水平井的施工具有重要的指导意义。Du84 Block Guanping 12 well is one of SAGD testing well,it is a typical three target and seven section horizontal well,and require high control accuracy of hole trajectory,difficulty to operate and not safety. Introduced optical design of wellbore profile,control and measurement of hole trajectory,predict of wellbore parameter,separate direction and drilling parameter,summarized regular of three target horizontal hole trajectory control technology combined with downhole direction drilling technology.Application indicate,three target horizontal well can realize geology requirement of SAGD,it is very useful to the same kind of horizontal well drilling.
