摘  要:受多因素的影响,大位移井摩阻因数较难确定,应用现场通井上提、下放载荷数据,利用软件反算摩阻因数,并指导现场下套管作业。通过实测下套管载荷与设计对比分析,充分说明采用通井数据反算的摩阻因数可以指导现场施工。另外,下套管作业配套应用了滚轮扶正器、循环解卡装置、漂浮接箍等工具也保证了套管的顺利下入,为同类井的摩阻确定提供了理论方法。Friction of extended reach well is under the influence of Many factors,and it's factor is difficult to make certain.Through field application of load data has been collected from hoisting and transfer to lower level,and calculate in reverse friction factor by application software,and directs field casing running work.By measuring casing running load and designing correlation,speak volumes for friction factor by data calculate in reverse can direct field operation.in addition,casing running work has matching tools,such as roll wheel centralizer,circulation stuck freeing equipment,floating collar,etc.and these tools assured casing running all right.
