摘　　要：研制节能、高效、智能型抽油机是抽油机研发制造行业多年以来不断努力的发展方向。直线电机智能抽油机以直线电机为动力直接带动抽油杆柱做上下往复运动实现原油举升,没有中间减速、换向环节,并利用智能控制器和同步机专用变频器实现抽油机的启停、换向、变速、冲程冲次调整、抽油杆断脱自动保护、自动调整最佳工作制度等功能。着重介绍了国内外第一台直线电机智能抽油机的原理、各部分结构和整机的性能测试情况。与其它类型抽油机相比具有结构简单、占地小、冲程长、节能高效、智能调参等优点,是一种具有很好发展前景的新型抽油机产品,代表了当今地面抽油机械设备的发展水平。Development of pumping unit with energy saving,high effect,intelligent is well pumping unit study and develop direction.linear motor is used as linear motor intelligent pumping unit drive system,and drive sucker rod string linear reciprocating motion to lift oil without the middle decelerate or change direction tache.Intelligent controller and in-phase transducer make pumping unit start and stop,tache,shift gears,stroke adjust,sucker rod automatic protect,job system automatic adjust.This paper introduced mainly the first linear motor intelligent pumping unit at home principle,the structure of each part and whole unit's performance.The new pumping unit has a lot of advantages,such as structure simple,the area small,stroke long,energy saving high effect,intelligent adjust parameter,etc.and a good application future.
