摘　　要：针对目前套管加固补贴工艺存在的密封性差、工艺复杂、施工强度大等问题,研制了水力机械式加固补贴工具。该工具由液压机构、加固补贴机构和丢手机构3部分组成,密封结构中采用了倒齿结构,因而密封可靠。工具操作简单,补贴后内通径较大。试验表明补贴完成后套管耐压能力及锚定力均可满足现场应用条件。At present,aim at the problem of casing reinforce and repair technologies sealing property not good,technics complexity,operation intensity big,hydrodynamic mechanical reinforce and repair tool was developed,the tool is composed of three parts,hydraulic pressure machine and reinforce and repair machine and releasing machine.Sealing structure is a inverse tooth form,so seal trusty,operation simple,after repair the well has a big inner diameter,casing pressure resistance and anchor force can meet field application condition.
