摘 要:将幼兔分为对照、窒息、窒息+尼莫地平3组,分别测定各组动物血清、脑组织水分含量并观察耳廓微循环和脑病理改变。结果表明:与对照组相比,窒息组血清LPO、脑水分含量、微循环加权积分值均明显增高,脑病理改变明显。窒息组LPO与脑水分含量,微循环加权积分值与脑水分含量,LPO与微循环加权积分值间均呈正相关关系。与窒息组相比,窒息+尼莫地平组血清LPO、脑水分含量、脑病理改变及微循环指标均有明显改善。提示自由基及微循环障碍参与了窒息所致的脑损伤。The young rabbits were divided into three groups:control,asphyxial and asphyxia treated with nimodipine.Serum LPO,H 2O content of cerebral tissue,auricular microcirculation and pathological changes of cerebral tissue were observed.As compared asphyxial group with control,it was found that in asphyxial guoup serum LPO,H 2O of cerebral tissue and multiple scores(MS) of auricular microcirculation were increased significantly.Pathologic changes in the brain were obvious.Serum LPO with H 2O of cerebral tissue,MS with H 2O of cerebral tissue and serum LPO with MS were all in positive correlations. Compared nimodipine treated group with asphyxial group,serum LPO,cerebral H 2O and MS of the treated group decreased significantly,pathologic changes in brain were relieved.It is concluded that OFR and microcirculation dysfunction induce injury in brain subjected to acute asphyxia.Nimodipine may effectively prevent injury of the brain tissue of young rabbits.
