摘　　要：应用放射免疫法直接测定血浆心钠素，对正常妊娠妇女各孕期心钠素水平进行观察，结果显示各期心钠素含量与非孕对照组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Plasma concentrations of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) in different periods of normal pregnancy were measured by radioimmunoassay.The mean concentrations of ANP were 127.7±38.2( x ±s)ng/L in normal pregnant women and 124.8±22.8ng/L in non pregnant control.The results showed that the difference of concentrations of ANP between the two groups was not significant.
