摘  要:目的比较Copan运送系统与无菌棉拭子运送两种不同的标本运送系统维持细菌活性的能力。方法随机选择临床分离的主要致病菌及其相应的质控菌株共100株,其中大肠埃希菌10株,肺炎克雷伯菌10株,铜绿假单胞菌10株,金黄色葡萄球菌10株,流感嗜血菌20株,肺炎链球菌20株,β-溶血链球菌20株;在0、244、8 h分别检测它们在两种运送系统上存活的菌量及存活率。结果24、48 h,细菌在Copan运送系统上的菌量及存活率明显高于无菌棉拭子,苛氧菌(流感嗜血菌和肺炎链球菌)24、48 h在无菌棉拭子上不生长;做配对秩和检验,结果差异有显著性的意义。结论Copan运送系统运送临床微生物标本效果明显优于无菌棉拭子,尤其是一些不能及时送检、放置时间过长的标本。OBJECTIVE To compare the ability of maintaining bacteria activity between Copan transport systems and sterile cotton transport systems. METHODS Randomly selecting pathogenic bacteria isolated in clinic, including Escherichia coli , Klebsiella pneumoniae , Pseudornonas aeruginosa , and Staphylococcus aureus by 10 strains each, and Haernophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and beta-hemolytic Streptococcus 20 strains each; as well as their corresponding control bacteria. The quantity and liability of them were examined on two delivery systems at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, respectively. RESULTS The quantity and liability of bacteria on Copan delivery system were higher than those on sterile cotton delivery system significantly at 24 h or 48 h, respectively. Fastidious organisms(H, influenzae and S. pneumoniae) hardly grew on sterile cotton at 24 h and 48h. The result of statistics analysis showed that the significant difference existed in two delivery systems. CONCLUSIONS The effect of delivering clinical microorganism by Copan delivery system is better than sterile cotton delivery system, especially when the sample could not be sent to Lab timely.
