摘　　要：本文报道1968.1～1985.5收治21例心脏创伤的急救体会。一例死亡,余全部获救。Twenty-one cases of heart wound were treated from 1981 to 1985, accounting for 2.6% of 800 cases with thoracic injuris admitted in the same period. With a satisfactory result, 20 patients were cured and one died in this serieso It is emphasized that a prompt first aid, accurate evaIuation to these patients and reasonable choice of operating procedure are important factors influencing final results.
