摘　　要：在动物实验移植取得经验及技术基础上，临床上成功地施行了１例腹部多器官联合移植术，结果表明建立静脉转流和防治失血性休克、“内在性失血”、内环境紊乱、凝血障碍及低体温等至关重要，术后预防感染及适当强度的免疫抑制治疗是获得长期存活的关键。The abdominal multiple visceral transplantations have been performed in both canine and swine models. Based on the skillful experience in surgical techniques achieved in animal experiments, l clinical multivisceral transplantation has been performed successfully.It was shown that the most important techniques for a successful multivisceral transplantation were the introduction of pump-driven veno-venous bypass and the prevention and management of hemorrhagic shock , internal environment disoreder, coagulation disorder,low body temperature and'internal blood loss'.The key for a long-term posttransplant survival is the prevention and treatment of infection and a proper strategy of immune modulation.
