摘　　要：本文报道脊柱骨折合并截瘫11俐,行减压加哈氏棒鲁凯钢丝内固定。术后9例有一级以上神经功能恢复,无一例神经症状加重。讨论了该方法的选择使用及其优点。Between Oct. 1984 aud Oct. 1085, eleven cases with fracture of spine complicated with paralysis were treated by internal fixation with Harrington＇s rod and Luque wire in combination with laminectomy. There were 5 patients that had complete paraplegia, and 5 incomplete paraplegia due to concommitaat cord injary and 1 had incomplete lesioa of eauda equina. All patients were followed up for an average of 7 months ranging from g to 14 months.The recovery of neurological function after operation was assessed according to the criteria suggested by Frankel. Nine patients improved including 4 patients that had complete cord lesion and 5 incomplete lesion No patient presented aggrevation of neurological function after operation. The deformity angle was improved by an averege of 11 degrees It is concluded that the method of treatment is markedly superior to the eoaventional laminectomy.
