摘 要:目的:观察电针刺激雄性家兔百会、肾俞等腧穴后家兔弓状核神经放电、睾酮释放、精子数量的变化,初步探讨针刺对雄性家兔性成熟过程的影响。方法:实验于2001-07/2002-07在南京医科大学第一附属医院临床中心实验室和南京中医药大学针灸重点实验室完成。选择未发育成熟雄性家兔20只(3月龄,睾丸体积<0.5mL),随机分为3组:①针刺治疗组(n=10):电针刺激百会、命门穴(均单侧)、肾俞、太溪穴(均双侧),连续波,频率40Hz,留针30min,10次为1个疗程,连续4个疗程。总疗程结束时,称重;麻醉后采用核团微穿刺记录放电的电生理技术,记录弓状核核团放电;测精子数;每个疗程结束时抽取静脉血,留血清,测睾酮值。②幼年对照组(n=5):不干预,直接测体质量、记录弓状核核团放电、测睾酮值及精子数。③成年对照组(n=5):正常饲养,待针刺治疗组结束的同时测以上几项。结果:20只兔全部进入结果分析。①体质量:4个疗程结束后,针刺治疗组和成年对照组均高于幼年对照组犤(2.52±0.12),(2.44±0.14),(1.96±0.09)kg,P<0.01犦,但针刺治疗组和成年对照组无差异。②精子数:4个疗程结束后,针刺治疗组高于幼年对照组,但仍低于成年对照组犤(4.46±1.70),0,(7.16±1.01)×1010L-1,P<0.01犦。③弓状核核团放电频率:针刺治疗组与幼年对照组无差别,低于成年对照组犤(9.87±2.77),(10.09±5.70),(16.63±5.72)次/s,P<0.01犦。④睾酮值:针刺治疗组与幼年对照组无差别,低于成年对照组犤(11.71±5.45),(7.39±2.13),(50.27±8.10)nmol/L,P<0.01犦。结论:针刺能够较有效地抑制性成熟中雄性家兔弓状核核团放电和睾酮的释放及精子的生成,在不影响雄性家兔其他器官组织正常生长发育进程的基础上,对其性成熟有显著的延缓作用。AIM: To observe the changes of the discharge of arcuate nucleus, testosterone and the quantity of sperms of male rabbits after stimulating the acupoints Baihui (DU 20), Shenshu (BL 23) etc. used by electric needles and discuss the effects of the acupuncture therapy during the course of the sexual maturity of male rabbits in preliminary stage. METHODS: The experiment was done in the Laboratory of Clinical Center, Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, First Affiliated Hospital, Nanjing Medical University and the Key Laboratory of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2001 to July 2002, Twenty prepubertal male rabbits (aged 3 months, size of testicle 〈 0.5 mL) were selected and divided into 3 groups by random: ① Acupuncture group (n=10): The single side of Baihtd and Mingmen (DU 4) and the double sides of Shenshu and Taixi (KI 3) were stimulated by the electric needles, continuous wave, 40 Hz of frequency, retaining the needles for 30 minutes, and 10 times as a course for 4 courses. At the end of the general course, the weight of each rabbit was measured. The discharge of the arcuate nucleus by electrophysiological technique of nuclear micropuncture was recorded after anesthesia. The quantity of sperms was measured. At the end of each course, the venous blood was extracted, remaining the serum, and the testosterone of the every male rabbit was tested. ② Prepubertal control group (n=5): Without intervention, the body mass was measured directly, and discharge of arcuate nucleus mass was recorded, and the value of testosterone and quantity of sperms were tested. ③ Adult control group (n=5): The rabbits were raised commonly. When the intervention in the acupuncture group was done, the upper items were detected.
