摘  要:针对急倾斜(38~ 49°)厚煤层的开采普遍存在效率低、效益差的问题,系统地对大倾角综放煤层开采设备研制、巷道及工作面布置、矿压显现规律、回采工艺以及安全保障技术等进行了试验研究.结果表明,该项技术应用于实际工作面经济效益显著.工作面单产达9.71万t/月,回采工效45 t/(d·工),采出率82.27%,吨煤成本较水平段放顶煤降低46元/t.Focused on the problems of low efficiency, bad benefits in extraction of steep-inclined (38 - 49°) thick coal seam, studied the topics of machinery, the layout of roads and mining face, the pressure appearance, the mining technology and the safety measures in mechanized top-caving extraction of steep-inclined thick coal seam. Provided a successful example in overcoming the main technical problems and realized high efficiency of mechanized top-caving extraction about 45° steep-inclined thick coal seam. The work directed for the extraction advancement and development with safety and high efficiency on technical train of thought, equipment and complement scheme under the similar coal seam condition in China. The result shows that the economic benefits are significant by making use of this technique in practical production. The output in one mining face is 97 100 t/month, the mining efficiency is 45 t/ (d · man), the recovery rate is 82.27%, and the production cost is 46 yuan (RMB) /t lower than that of the mining by top coal caving in layout of sub-level sections.
