亚急型克山病心肌线粒体膜结构的形态计量分析

摘　　要：用形态计量技术研究亚急型克山病(亚急克)患儿心肌线粒体膜的结构参数:线粒体比表面、比膜面和横截面面积。结果表明,亚急克病例心肌线粒体比表面明显小于对照组,而线粒体横截面面积明显大于对照组;亚急克病例心肌线粒体内、膜及二者比膜面之和均显著低于对照组。这些结果提示,亚急克病例心肌线粒体明显肿胀、体积增大,线粒体内膜和嵴膜严重溶解破坏。Morphometric technique was adopted for analysis of specific surface, specific membrane and profile area of myocardial mitochondria in children with subacute keshan disease. The result showed that specific surface in keshan disease was significantly decreased than that in control, while profile area was significantly increased than that was in control. The specific membrane of inner membrane, cristal membrane and their sum in keshan disease was markedly reduced as compared with the control. The findings suggest that myocardial mitochondria in subacute keshan disease are significant swelling with broken and dissolved inner and cristal membrane.
