摘 要:本实验将同种骨基质明胶(BMG)、脱钙骨基质(DBM)和不脱钙骨(UDB)植人大鼠肌肉内。结果发现,植入BMG和DBM的大鼠肌内有密度增强的X线影像,并在组织学上有成熟的新骨出现,而植入UDB的大鼠肌内仅有少量问充质细胞向软骨母细胞分化。作者讨论了肌内诱导成骨的发生机制以及三种材料的抗原差异,认为BMG的骨诱导能力最强。Allogeenic bone matrix gelatin (BMG), decalcified bone matrix (DBM) and undemineralized bone(UDB) ware eaparately implanted into rat muscles for inductive osteogeaesis,Three weeks after impIantation, shadows of increased density on roentgenograms and calcified hone tissues on pathologic seetions were ohserved in the groups of BMG and DBM while in UDB group, there were only a few mesenehymal cells differentiating into chondrogenic ee 1s. The possible mechanism of osteogenesls induction was suggested and the differences of antigenicity of BMG, DBM and UDB were discussed. It was concluded that BMG could play the most important role in the inductive bone formation.
