摘  要:选择丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要单体,在适当的条件下进行反相乳液聚合,得到了特性粘度为800~1000 mL/g、阳离子度为25%~50%(摩尔)的阳离子型高分子质量的P(DMC-AM).将P(DMC-AM)乳液用于蒸煮黑液污(废)水的絮凝实验,CODCr去除率可达90%以上,透光率接近100%;通过扫描电镜观察经处理后的造纸中段废水絮凝物可以发现,絮凝后的纤维吸附紧密、交叉网状结构明显,说明其用作造纸废水絮凝剂具有十分显著的效果.The reverse phase emulsion polymerization was carried out with acrylamide (AM) and methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) and other monomers. The compound of span 80 and twen 80 was used as the emulsifier with the HLB value of 6 - 8. The mass fraction of emulsifier was 7% - 9% and monomers was 40%. The mass ratio of the m(DMC) and m(AM) was 3 : 2 and the m(initiator) and m(AM) was 0.09:100 and m(EDTA) :m(AM) was 0.05: 100, The better condition of reaction was in the medium of DMF and water at 85℃ for 6 h, the intrinsic viscosity of P(AM-DMC) was 800 - 1000mL/g and the cationic degree was 25 - 50% (mol). The copolymer emulsion was stable canary transparent oil liquid. The CODer removal efficiency in the black liquid wastewater amounted to 90%, the transmittance of the treated wastewater nearly amounted to 100%. The structure morphology, of the flocculate was studied by SEM method. The results showed that there were a lot of physical absorption, the cross netting structure was obvious. It proved that P (AM-DMC) could be used as the flocculant for the treatment of pulping wastewater and industrial sewage with significant efficiency.
