复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀灭微生物效果的试验研究

摘　　要：为观察过氧化氢复方消毒剂杀菌效果及对空气消毒效果,采用悬液定量法和空气消毒试验方法进行了实验室研究。结果,以含过氧化氢10.91 g/L、7.272 g/L该复方消毒剂分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用45 m in,杀灭率均达100%;以含过氧化氢36.36 g/L的该消毒剂作用30 m in,对白色念珠菌的杀灭率达99.9%以上。用单独过氧化氢21.82 g/L的该消毒液作用45 m in,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.99%。以含过氧化氢9.03 g/L该复方消毒剂,按10 m l/m3用量进行气溶胶喷雾消毒,作用15 m in对气雾柜内人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达100%;以相同剂量进行现场喷雾消毒,作用30 m in对室内空气中自然菌消亡率达90%以上。结果显示,过氧化氢复方消毒剂对悬液内和空气中微生物杀灭效果较好,其复方杀菌效果优于单独过氧化氢。In order to observe the germicidal efficacy and air - disinfection efficacy of compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant, suspension quantitative method and air disinfection test were used to carry out experimental studies. Results： The compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 10.91 g/L and 7.272 g/L with a 45 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli respectively. The compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 36.36 g/ L with a 30 min contact time killed over 99.9% of Candida albicans. The disinfectant solution containing 21.82 g/L hy-drogen peroxide alone with a45 min contact time killed 99.99% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Aerosol spraying disinfection with the compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide 9.03 g/L at a dosage of 10 mg/m^3 with a 15 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus albus sprayed artificially in aerosol chamber. In the field spraying disinfection trial, the same dosage with a 30 min contact time caused over 90% eliminating rate of natural bacteria in indoor air. The results showed that the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant had good efficacy in killing microorganisms in suspension and air and the germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfectant was better than that of hydrogen peroxide alone.
