一种碘伏消毒液杀菌效果及相关性能试验观察

摘　　要：碘伏消毒液由碘与聚醇醚类表面活性剂络合而成,为了解其杀菌效果及其他相关性能,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室观察。结果,以含有效碘250 mg/L该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌作用1.5 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌作用1.5 m in,杀灭对数值>4.00。现场试验结果表明,用含有效碘2500 mg/L该消毒剂对志愿者手和手臂皮肤擦拭消毒3 m in,对自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。将该消毒液原液于37℃恒温保存6个月,有效碘含量下降率为0.99%。结论,洗得宝碘伏消毒液杀菌效果良好,稳定性较好。Indophor disinfection solution is composed of iodine and polyalcohol ether surfactant, In order to know its germicidal efficacy and other related properties, suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis method were used to carry out laboratory observation, Results： The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the disinfection solution containing available iodine 250 mg/L for 1.5 min was 〉 5.00 and that of Candida albicans exposed for 1.5 min was 〉4.00. The results of field trial indicated that wiping disinfection of skin of hands and arms of volunteers with the disinfectant containing available iodine 2500 mg/L for 3 min resulted in a killing logarithm of the natural bacteria 〉 1.00. After the stock solution of the disinfectant was stored at 37℃ for 6 months, its available iodine content decreased by 0.99%. Conclusion： Xi -De -Bao iodophor disinfection solution has good germicidal efficacy and good stability.
