摘 要:过氧化物泡腾片是以过碳酸钠与乙内酰脲为主要成分、加入其它辅剂组成的固体片剂,为研究其杀菌效果及其它性能,采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果,以含过氧化物8 g/L的该泡腾片水溶液作用5m in,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>5.00;含过氧化物12 g/L的该液对铜绿假单胞菌作用5 m in,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00。以含过氧化物40 g/L对白色念珠菌作用1h杀灭对数值>4.00,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用4 h杀灭对数值>5.00。该泡腾片对金黄色葡萄球菌能量试验最低合格浓度为过氧化物12 g/L。该泡腾片于室温条件下密闭贮存3个月,过氧化物下降率为2.04%。Peroxide effervescent tablet is a solid tablet composed of sodium percarbonate and hydantoin as the main ingredients and other adjuvents. In order to study its germicidal efficacy and other properties, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out laboratory observation. Results: The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli exposed to the water solution of the effervescent tablet containing peroxide 8 g/L for 5 min was〉 5.00, that of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the solution containing peroxide 12 g/L for 5 min and Staphylococcus aureus exposed for 10 min was 〉 5.00. The killing logarithm of Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing peroxide 40 g/L for 1 h was 〉 4.00 and that of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed for 4 h was 〉5.00. In capacity test for the effervescent tablet, the minimal eligible concentration for killing Staphylococcus aureus was peroxide 12 g/L. After the effervescent tablet was stored in airtight condition at room temperature for 3 months, its peroxide content decreased by 2.04%.
