过氧化氢银离子消毒液杀菌效果及腐蚀性观察

摘　　要：为了解一种含银离子过氧化氢消毒液杀菌效果及腐蚀性,用悬液定量杀菌试验及腐蚀试验进行了实验室研究。结果,以含过氧化氢9.524 g/L的银离子消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用40 m in,杀灭对数值>5.00;对大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用20 m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00。按13 m l/m3的用量以气溶胶喷雾器向密闭室内喷雾消毒30 m in,室内空气中自然菌的消亡率>90%。含过氧化氢95.24g/L的消毒液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢、碳钢基本无腐蚀,对铝片、铜片均有中度腐蚀。结论,过氧化氢银离子消毒液对细菌繁殖体杀灭作用较强,腐蚀性低。In order to know the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of a hydrogen peroxide disinfection solution containing silver ion, suspension quantitative germicidal test and corrosion test were used to carry out laboratory study. Results： The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the silver ion disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 9.524 g/L for 40 min was 〉 5.00 and that of Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed for 20 min was 〉5.00. Spraying disinfection of closed room for 30 min using an aerosol sprayer and a dose of 13 ml/m^3 resulted in 〉 90% eliminating rate of natural bacteria in indoor air. Immersion in the disinfection solution containing hydrogen peroxide 95.24 g/L for 72 h caused essentially no corrosion of stainless steel and carbon steel, and moderate corrosion of aluminum coupon and copper coupon. Conclusion ： Hydrogen peroxide silver ion disinfection solution has relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and low corrosiveness.
