碘缺乏对大鼠小脑烯醇化酶发育的影响

摘  要:用严重缺碘病区的粮食喂养大鼠4个月,取生后不同日龄的仔鼠小脑,用免疫组化方法研究了神经元NSE的变化,进一步分析了甲功低下对脑发育的影响。实验结果表明:缺碘不仅引起了母鼠与仔鼠甲功低下,而且使仔鼠小脑发育受阻,表现为小脑外颗粒层增殖与消失延迟、分子层发育落后、NSE免疫阳性产物在分子层、内颗粒细胞层与髓质部位均减少,以致生后60日两组间NSE仍有差别。提示甲功低下通过NSE而影响小脑能量代谢,引起小脑发育障碍。In this experiment neuron specific enolase of rat offsprings whose mothers were fed on low iodine diet for 4 months was studied by immunohistochemistry in order to elucidate the effect of hypothyroidism on cerebellar development further. The experimental results showed that iodine deficiency induced not only hypothyroidism in offspring and mother rats,but also retardation of cerebellar development in offspring rats, which included delayed proliferation and disappearance of external granular layer, retardation of molecular of cerebellum, decreased staining of positive NSE in molecular layer, internal granular layer and white matter of experimental group. Some differences of cerebellar NSE between experimental and control groups still existed until 60 days postnatally. The results suggested that the retardation of cerebellar development induced by hypothyroidism might be affected by energy metabolism concerned with NSE.
