摘 要:为了解超声波加湿器水中细菌生长及其对室内空气污染情况,在加湿器连续使用条件下,对内装水及加湿时室内空气进行了采样检测。结果,新的超声波加湿器连续使用4 d后,其内装水中自然菌数为4 612 cfu/m l;在同样条件下,旧加湿器连续使用5 d后,内水中自然菌数最高可达到80 000 cfu/m l。加湿器内分别用蒸馏水、纯净水和凉开水,连续使用1 d后,以凉开水中污染菌数最高(8100 cfu/m l)。将加湿器雾化水量调节至230 m l/h,雾化10m in后其所在环境空气中菌数从11 cfu/m3增加至1 413 cfu/m3;雾化30 m in后空气中平均污染菌数高达59 481cfu/m3。结论,超声波加湿器内水容易滋生细菌并污染环境空气,随着连续使用时间的延长,菌数逐渐增加。In order to know the growth of bacteria in water in ultrasonic humidifier and contamination of indoor air by it, samples of the water and the surrounding air were taken for examination during continuous use of the humidifier. Results: After continuous use of the new ultrasonic humidifier for 4 days, the count of natural bacteria in water of the humidifier was 4612 cuf/ml. Under the same conditions, after continuous use of the old humidifier for 5 days, the natural bacteria count in the water attained a maximum of 80 000 cfu/ml. When disitilled water, pure water or cold boiled water was used in the humidifier, after continuous use of the humidifier for 1 day, the contaminating bacteria count was highest in cold boiled water (8100 cfu/ml). When the amount of nebulizing water was 230 ml/h, after nebulizing for 10 min, the bacterial count in the environmental air increased from 11 cfu/m^3 to 1413 cfu/m^3 and the average contaminating bacteria count in air was as high as 59 481 cfu/m^3 after nebulizing fpr 30 min. Conclusion: The water in ultrasonic humidifier was apt to breed bacteria and contaminate the environmental air. With prolonging the time of continuous use, the bacterial count increases gradually.
