摘　　要：拉萨河特大桥是青藏铁路标志性工程,主桥采用(36+72+108+72+36)m五跨三拱连续梁钢管混凝土拱组合结构体系。着重介绍养护维修方面的设计考虑。Lhasa River Bridge is a landmark project on Qinghai-Tibet Railway and its main bridge is designed as a 5-span （36＋72＋108＋72＋36）m, 3-arch hybrid structure system of continuous girder and concrete-filled steel tube arches. In this paper, the design considerations for maintenance of the Bridge are mainly dealt with.
