摘　　要：个性化信息服务是指能够满足用户个人信息需求的一种信息服务。文章在分析基层通信连队用户群体的信息需求特点基础上,提出在军事训练网上构建面向基层连队的个性化信息系统,并结合实际介绍了该系统的设计和实现方法。Personalized service is an information service, which can satisfy the information requirement for the individual. This paper analyzes the characteristics of information requirements of user groups who are basic communication companies, On the basis of the analysis, the paper puts forward an individuation information system established on military training net that caters to the needs of grass - roots companies. Then combined with practice, it introduces the design and the realization ways of the system.
