摘 要:针对超高压乙烯压缩机出口管线发生异常和剧烈振动进行了理论分析和动态测试。通过对现场工作压缩机管线系统的振动测试,利用ANSYS分析软件对管线系统进行模态分析,得出了管线的结构激振频率和固有频率及其振型,找出了压缩机出口管道振动的原因,最后结合现场情况对所有管线进行了合理的改造。Theory analyse and dynamic measure for the exit pipehne of superhigh pressure compressor in unusual and strenuous vibration are carried out.By vibration measureing for theexit pipeline of on-the-spot working compressor.And dynamic analyse to the pipeline vibration by applying software of ANSYS are carried out, pulsating frequency and intrinsic frequency and its vibrational mould of the pipeline system are obtained. Vibrational reasons of the exit pipeling of compressor are found out. Reasonable remake for all pipeline by on-the-spot circumstances are carried out.
